What Do I Need To Enroll?

  1. Take time to read the entire benefits guide to educate yourself and family members on your options.

  2. Decide on your benefits with your family, if necessary, prior to starting the enrollment process.

  3. For your elected beneficiaries and covered dependents, you will need their Social Security number and date of birth.
